What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charge varies with each product.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is between 5-10 working days.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on Cardinal ?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Cardinal. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
For items listed as "In Stock", We will mention the delivery time based on your location Pinched (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Does Cardinal deliver internationally?
As of now, Cardinal doesn't deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We at Cardinal have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
